missingWrote a review on Nov 20private beachmodern decorfantastic atmospherewifi issuessound insulation
The private beach offers much-needed space, unlike some crowded Miami spots. The modern decor adds a touch of sophistication, making for a pleasant atmosphere.
The wifi struggles. it barely works, necessitating multiple calls to address the issue. Sound insulation needs work, as disruptions from hallways can be jarring at night, interrupting sleep with noise from housekeepers and conversations. The pool area resembles a bustling theme park, packed with guests, which could overwhelm anyone seeking tranquility. Dining through room service feels basic. the menu doesn’t excite, and delays in delivery can frustrate. Furthermore, the restaurant hosts didn’t seem to manage table availability effectively during peak hours.

This was an enjoyable stay for a family getaway. We loved how our initial room reservation was quickly upgraded to a spacious ocean view suite, which made all the difference for our kids. The beachfront was perfect for them to play, and the pools were always clean. The entire staff—from the beach crew to those at the bar—made us feel truly valued and catered to our needs. It was easy to find fun activities nearby, like exploring the nature center and enjoying the beautiful parks around the area.

I had a wonderful stay with excellent service and breathtaking ocean views from my luxurious room. The friendly staff made my visit memorable, especially at the beach where everything was well arranged for a perfect day. However, some amenities could use a little more upkeep.

Celebrating our anniversary was unforgettable, enhanced by the stunning oceanfront views from our well-maintained room and the delicious Koshihikari rice served at breakfast and dinner. However, the pool area felt a bit crowded during peak hours, and some facilities could use better attention to cleanliness. The fitness center was also quite small compared to other resorts we've visited.

would love to go back
Rooms were clean, had a nice smell, and everything in it from the flat-screen TV to the minibar was in great shape. The beach service was impressive. The beach manager Will made sure I was fine, and my server Anthony was super quick. Spa facilities here are a must-try—they really pamper you.

I stayed for a short getaway at a wonderful property with great rooms and amazing staff. The beach was a bit challenging to navigate at first, but we eventually got the hang of it. Just be prepared for high food prices – breakfast can set you back quite a bit! Overall, it was a delightful stay, but be ready to bring your wallet for the extras.

The beach view was breathtaking! Loved waking up to the sound of the waves 🌊. Staff was super accommodating, especially Metin by the pool. Just wish the mini fridge had some extra space for my snacks.

Returning during the holiday season proved rewarding, with an exceptional staff that went above and beyond, particularly Brad, Mikhaela, Jake, Eddie, Taylor, and Ryan. The fresh fish at SeaGrille was a standout, enhancing our dining experience. However, expect large crowds and high prices, especially between Christmas and New Year's, which can feel overwhelming. The service was fantastic, but the sheer volume of guests at times affected the overall ambiance.

A surprising experience marred by multiple issues, including ants in the room and a non-functional tub hose. The mini bar contained expired chocolate, two months past its date, and when notified, the front desk simply advised to return it. Promises of maintenance and management follow-up went unfulfilled, leaving me with unresolved concerns long after my stay. On a positive note, the baguettes served were quite enjoyable and a highlight during meals.

This place suits me perfectly! The outdoor swimming pool, private beach, and fitness center provide everything I need. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me find a valuable lost item during my first stay. Definitely recommend it!
